Administrative management for subsidiaries

When a company needs administrative support for tasks such as customer invoicing, payment management and inventory control, particularly in businesses that handle products, we provide these services through a shared-resources system. This removes the need to invest in administrative staff when the level of activity does not justify a full-time employee.

We also normally manage our clients' bank accounts using a dual-authorization model: the UR Global accountant uploads the payments and the client approves them. This working method provides two main benefits:

Operational efficiency: the client does not have to monitor payroll, tax or supplier payment deadlines.
Security: every payment requires two approvals.

During international expansion, it is essential to have advisers who help the company understand its accounting, legal, employment and tax obligations and risks. Sound guidance prevents costly surprises caused by unfamiliar regulations or inadequate advice.
