Personnel outsourcing has become a key tool for companies that operate internationally or that need to incorporate talent in new markets without creating their own structure from the beginning.
At UR Global we work with this service as a real extension of your company. We take care of all labor and administrative management, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, while you maintain control over the team and the activity.
What does this service include?
The personnel outsourcing service covers the entire process necessary to incorporate and manage employees in different countries without the need to establish a local entity.
We take care of labor recruitment in accordance with the country’s regulations, managing contracts, registrations and all necessary documentation. We also take on the management of payroll, contributions and compliance with tax and labor obligations.
In addition, we supervise that all operations remain aligned with current legislation, reducing risks and avoiding incidents. This workforce outsourcing service allows companies to have operational teams from the first moment, without assuming unnecessary administrative burdens.
Methodology
Our methodology is based on understanding the specific needs of the company and the context in which it wants to operate.
In a first phase we analyze the country, the type of contract and the legal and tax implications. From there, we define the most appropriate structure to incorporate the team efficiently.
Once the model is established, we manage the entire hiring and start-up process. Subsequently, we take care of ongoing management, ensuring that all labor and administrative obligations are fulfilled correctly.
During the entire process, we maintain fluid communication with the company so that you have visibility and control at all times.
Who is the personnel outsourcing service for?
This service is aimed at companies that need to hire talent in other countries without creating their own legal structure or that seek to simplify the management of their international teams.
It is especially useful for expanding startups, companies with a presence in several markets or companies that want to test a new country before making an investment major.
It is also a suitable solution for companies that want to outsource labor management to focus on their core business and improve their operational efficiency.
Complementary services
The personnel outsourcing service is integrated with other key areas within UR Global to offer a complete solution.
It can be combined with international tax advice to optimize the global structure of the company, as well as with subsidiary formation services in case the business evolves towards a permanent presence in the country.
It is also complemented by external financial management and accounting services, allowing comprehensive management of the business in international environments.
Accounting advisory
At UR Global, we have a well-established local team and our own offices in 11 countries—Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Portugal, Chile, Morocco, the United States, and Italy—specialising in accounting advisory services.
As part of managing subsidiaries in each country, we handle all required accounting and financial processes. This ensures that headquarters maintains a clear overview and fully understands the financial statements and specific accounting nuances of each location.
To achieve this, our team includes specialists in tax and accounting advisory and management. They possess expertise in both local regulations and the treaties Spain holds with these various countries, enabling them to manage the company’s monthly accounting and related strategies.
International taxation
We support groups and companies with international operations in safeguarding the tax position of their cross-border transactions and intragroup flows. Our approach combines a technical analysis of the applicable regulations, the interpretation of double taxation treaties and compliance with documentation requirements (transfer pricing and other international obligations).
Single Register of Tenderers (RUP)
One of the requirements for taking part in public tendering processes is the Single Register of Tenderers – RUP, a legally established register maintained by chambers of commerce, in which national or foreign natural or legal persons domiciled or with a branch in Colombia who wish to enter into contracts with state entities for the execution of works, supply of goods or provision of services must be enrolled. This register contains information relating to the experience, legal capacity, financial capacity, organisational capacity and classification of the tenderer. This procedure has a maximum response time of 15 working days once the registration application has been submitted to the commercial register.
It is important to bear in mind that the RUP must be renewed annually; renewal must be carried out from the first (1st) of January and no later than the fifth (5th) working day of April each year, failing which the initial registration will be lost.
Tax and accounting review to identify potential tax credits
Brazil’s complex tax system can lead to situations in which a company accumulates tax credits, whether as a result of its transactions or negative balances. In such cases, the company may be entitled to use those tax credits.
At UR Global, we analyse the company’s accounting and tax position to determine whether such credits exist. Once identified and confirmed, UR Global handles their recovery, management and offsetting.
