As we manage more than 30 subsidiaries of Spanish companies in Chile, we understand the need to offer specialized services in the areas of labor, legal, and tax matters.
We assist companies with claims before the Labor Inspectorate. We prepare the sworn declarations required by the Internal Revenue Service and the tax authorities. We obtain the Chilean Investor’s Tax Identification Number (RUT), which is the first procedure that a foreign person (individual or legal entity) must complete to carry out any economic activity in Chile.
We also obtain visas and work permits and offer outsourcing of personnel when the company does not have a legal entity in the country or prefers to outsource personnel for operational reasons.
